Objective: To design a louvered path light fixture capable of utilizing
   T4 and E26 halogen lamps.
 
Features:  The fixture uses either 20W T4 or 50W E26 halogen lamps.
    Louver assembly of fixture able to twist lock off for ease of re-lamping
    Stacking of multiple louvers allows for various fixture lengths.
    To have eyelet and shroud accessory cover versions.
    Vacuum formed polycarbonate lens frosted to eliminate
       visual hot spot of lamp.
    Fixture comes in two bollard versions. One with one fixture 
       and the other with two fixtures.
    Fixture has two decorative wires to create marine look.
